Dr Duncombe trained at The University of Birmingham before obtaining her degree in medicine. Subsequently she has enjoyed placements in gynaecology and ENT. For a year she acted as a dedicated teacher of anatomy, enjoying teaching students at Birmingham University.

A GP for over nine years now, she continues to develop her interest in general practice.
